The MyPerks program (“MyPerks” or “Program”) is provided to Bank of America employees, in association with Total Loyalty Company Limited (“TLC”) and its partners.

1.2 Your use of The Services Program is made at your own risk. We may, from time to time, change or add to this website (including these terms of use) or the information, products and services without notice to You. 3.1.3 `Coupon’ means the Program usage coupon provided by TLC via theMyPerks portal..
3.1.4 ‘Voucher’ means any pre-purchased cinema tickets/ store-cards/ box office tickets purchased through the Program vendors through the MyPerks portal.
3.1.5 `You` and `your` means the Bank of America employee.
3.1.6 `The Services` and `Benefits` means the Program products and service benefits provided by the Program.
3.1.7 ‘bank’ means Bank of America Corporation, and any direct or indirect subsidiary and affiliates of either of these (or any of their officers and employees). Affiliate means a business entity now or hereafter controlled by, controlling or under common control of Bank of America Corporation
3.2. Acceptance
3.2.1 Use of The Services by You constitutes your agreement to the Terms & Conditions of the Program, which shall govern use of the Program and the provision of The Services/offers.
3.3 No Warranties
3.3.1 There is no warranty by the bank, TLC, its related parties and partners that any information or Benefits provided or referenced by this Program site is either merchantable or accurate, that such information or Benefits will fulfil any of your particular purposes or needs, or that such information or Benefits will not infringe on any third party rights.
3.3.2 While We use reasonable efforts to include accurate and up-to-date information on the Program site, We make no warranties or representations as to its accuracy.
3.3.3 We may periodically add, change, or improve any of the information, products, services, programs and technology described on the Program website without notice.

The only type of liability the Program will execute is when the offer guarantee is adhered to (please see below).

3.7.1 “MyRewards” or “Rewardz” are registered trademarks/ logos of the TLC. These logos are recognized by local vendors who will provide discounts to the bank.
3.7.2 Other product and company names mentioned on this website may be the trademarks of other parties.
3.8 Personal Information
3.8.1 When transacting with a vendor in the Program, the vendor may ask You for personal information. The transaction is conducted voluntarily between You and the vendor. Neither the bank nor TLC or its related parties will be liable for any mistake, failure or negligent action on the part of any external party in the provision of the Benefits under the Program. Any personal information collected in such manner will not be passed onto the bank nor TLC or its related parties.
