1. Can I access the MyPerks program outside of the bank's intranet, Flagscape?
From 1 September 2018, the MyPerks program can be accessed external to Flagscape. You can use the website links below to access the site - simply bookmark these or save it on your mobile device for easy access. To login, you can use the following generic login at the specific location's website.
Simply enter the following generic login to access the program (same access code for each location's program):

2. Will I be receiving a new MyPerks membership card after the current card expires on 31/8/2018?
The MyPerks card will not be renewed with a physical card, to support a greener approach to the program.
Please check each offer in the program under the "REWARD ME" section, on how to redeem each offer. This can be via the use of promotional codes, e-coupons (or printed coupons), order forms or special hotline numbers.
3. Do I need to have a username to access the MyPerks program, or setup a password?
There is no need to setup individual usernames to access the MyPerks program, nor setup your own password. You can simply use the generic access as stated above in Q1 for easy access.
4. Can I enjoy the discount if I travel to other locations?
- Yes, you can simply click through to the other location's MyPerks site. These links are located at the bottom of the home page of the MyPerks program.
- Simply follow the "REWARD ME" instructions on how to access or redeem each offer.
5. What should I do if I have problems in redeeming the discount offers?
In the event that you have difficulties in redeeming the offer or not receiving the stated benefits, please contact TLC by email myperks@totalloyalty.asia or call (852) 2536 9010 during normal business hour (Hong Kong Time 9:30am to 6:30pm, Mon to Fri) with details of your purchase and a copy of the receipt. TLC customer service team will follow up with the vendor to arrange the privilege for you.
6. >Can I recommend new vendors/ merchants who are willing to offer discounts to the firm's employees to the program?
Yes you can. Please follow the instructions to submit your recommendation under “Refer a Merchant”.
However, please note there are restrictions as to who you can recommend (e.g. you cannot recommend a merchant who are your immediate family members nor businesses where you have some form of direct or indirect financial interest etc.) The firm also reserves the right to accept or reject any recommendations made.
7. Why are some of the merchants’ website blocked?
How can I access these websites to find out more information or enjoy the offers?
Some external merchants’ websites are blocked due to the firm's website access policy. Please copy the URL and browse the websites outside of the firm’s network. 8. Why is there an expiry date on the coupon or voucher? (More relevant to Australia & India)
TLC has agreed with the merchants that the coupon or voucher will be valid for one month from the date of coupon or voucher download.
9. Is there a mobile app for the MyPerks program?
Currently the MyPerks program is not accessible via a mobile app. However you can access the external website on your mobile devices.
